How an order is made
- Brief & free mockup. Send your event details and artwork; our design team returns proofs and a digital mockup at no charge.
- Approval. You confirm colors, sizes, bib number ranges, logos and ribbon/finish before anything goes into production.
- Production. Materials are cut, printed, cast, sewn or fabricated in-house on a schedule planned backward from your race date.
- Quality control. Incoming materials, in-process and pre-shipment inspections check color accuracy, numbering, sizing and finish.
- Ship & deliver. We pack and ship worldwide by express, air or sea, with tracking through to receiving.
Quality & compliance
Every mass run is preceded by a signed-off proof, and each order passes a pre-shipment inspection before it leaves the floor. Material safety and compliance documentation for your market — for example REACH, RoHS or California Prop 65 statements, and factory audit reports — can be provided on request.
Global logistics
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and beyond. Depending on timeline and budget, we arrange express courier, air freight or sea freight, and can advise on duties and delivered-duty options so supplies clear customs and arrive before race day.
