Road Race is a business-to-business manufacturer of custom race supplies — including race bibs, medals, shirts, bags, course signage and finish line branding. The website provides product information, indicative pricing and an ordering/inquiry tool. It is intended for event organizers and businesses, not consumers.
2. Quotes and pricing
- Prices shown on the site are indicative starting prices in US dollars and are not a binding offer.
- Final pricing depends on quantity, material, print method, customization and shipping destination, and is confirmed in a written quote or order confirmation.
- Quotes are valid for the period stated on them and may be revised if requirements, material costs or exchange rates change.
- Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, customs duties and import fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
3. Orders, artwork and approval
- An order becomes binding when confirmed by us in writing and any required deposit is received.
- Production begins only after you approve the artwork, proof or mockup. You are responsible for checking spelling, numbering, sizes, colors and layout before approval.
- You confirm that you own or are licensed to use all logos, trademarks and designs you supply, and that they do not infringe any third-party rights.
- Slight variations in color, size and finish inherent to custom manufacturing are normal and are not defects.
4. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of artwork and marks you provide and grant us a limited license to use them to produce your order. All content on this website — text, graphics, logos and layout — is owned by Road Race and may not be copied or reused without permission.
5. Production and delivery times
Stated turnaround times are estimates measured from artwork approval and do not include shipping. We plan schedules backward from your race date and communicate risks early, but we are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, late approvals, or carrier and customs handling.
6. Shipping, title and risk
Shipping terms are stated on your quote or order confirmation. Unless agreed otherwise, risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier. Please inspect shipments on arrival and report visible damage to the carrier and to us promptly.
7. Returns, defects and remedies
Because goods are custom-made to your specifications, they are generally not returnable except for defects in materials or workmanship, or where the delivered goods do not match the approved proof. Report any such issue within 7 days of receipt with photos. Where a valid claim is confirmed, our remedy — at our option — is to repair, replace or credit the affected items.
8. Payment
Payment terms (including any deposit and balance) are set out in your quote or order confirmation. Orders may be held or cancelled if agreed payments are not received.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Road Race is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or event-related losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Road Race against claims arising from artwork or content you supply, including claims that it infringes intellectual property or other rights.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will seek to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, disputes will be handled by the competent courts at our place of business in Guangdong, unless a written agreement between the parties provides otherwise.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
