Our story
Built around fixed race dates and zero-room-for-error deadlines.
We began manufacturing in 1994 and expanded from printing and promotional products into coordinated event production. As road races grew larger and more international, organizers needed one team capable of matching thousands of numbered bibs, medals, shirts, bags, course signs and finish-line assets to one immovable event date.
RoadRace was created around that challenge. Our production, artwork, quality-control and logistics teams work from one race brief and plan backward from the required in-hand date. That means fewer vendors to chase, fewer handoffs to manage and one accountable partner from proof approval to delivery.
We have now supported more than 2,000 road races across 13 countries, from community charity 5Ks to major marathon and half-marathon programs.

Integrated production
Bibs, medals, apparel, bags, signage and finish-line branding are scheduled together for consistent quality and fewer delivery gaps.
Race-ready packing
Cartons can be separated and labeled for packet pickup, volunteers, course setup, awards and finish-line deployment.
Regional contingency network
Primary production in Dongguan. Backup fulfillment in the US and Europe.
Our main factory is supported by regional warehouses and partner factories in the United States and Europe. If an international shipment is delayed, damaged or short, we assess express rerouting, split shipments and a faster regional supply route.
For eligible products, urgent bibs, apparel, signs, banners and other materials may be dispatched from regional stock or remade by an approved partner using the confirmed artwork. Availability depends on the product, quantity, local stock and production capacity.
This contingency network supports the experience we have built across more than 2,000 road races in 13 countries: race day cannot move, so the supply plan needs a recovery route.

Every order starts with an approved proof and ends with pre-shipment quality checks. If something we made is incorrect or omitted, our team prioritizes the remake and reshipment. You communicate directly with the manufacturer, not through an anonymous marketplace or layers of trading companies.
Buyers may request samples, production-line video walkthroughs or an in-person factory visit before placing a larger order.
