Why we built RoadRace
One race date, one coordinated supply plan, one accountable team.
A race rarely needs just one product. It needs bibs, medals, apparel, bags, course signs, sponsor branding and finish-line assets coordinated to the same artwork system and the same immovable event date.
We launched RoadRace in 2026 to make that procurement process simpler for global organizers. Race directors and event agencies can select supplies, build a complete event list and submit a quote request online.
From checklist planning, artwork approval and samples to coordinated production, race-ready packing and international shipping, one team manages the workflow and plans backward from the required in-hand date.
Manufacturing & project coordination
Managed from Shanghai. Coordinated as one event.
Shanghai Dasheng’s 20,000-square-metre facility supports design, printing, fabrication, finishing, quality control and packing. RoadRace combines these in-house capabilities with approved product specialists for medals, apparel and other event items, keeping specifications, artwork and delivery milestones under one coordinated plan.
Coordinated production
Bibs, medals, apparel, signs and finish-line branding receive item-specific milestones inside one race-date plan.
Race-ready packing
Cartons can be separated and labeled for packet pickup, volunteers, course setup, awards and finish-line deployment.

Regional contingency network
Primary coordination in Shanghai. Backup fulfillment in the US and Europe.
Our Shanghai operation is supported by regional warehouses and partner factories in the United States and Europe. If an international shipment is delayed, damaged or short, we assess express rerouting, split shipments and a faster regional supply route.
For eligible products, urgent bibs, apparel, signs, banners and other materials may be dispatched from regional stock or remade by an approved partner using the confirmed artwork. Availability depends on product eligibility, quantity, local stock and production capacity.
Race day cannot move, so every supply plan needs a practical recovery route.

Every item is produced against approved specifications and reviewed before packing. Qualified buyers may request relevant business, safety and management-system documentation before a larger order.

Product details and quantities are checked against the approved order before cartons are released.
Priority recovery
If an item is incorrect, omitted or damaged, we assess the fastest practical remake or regional recovery route.
